Yiqing Yin focuses her practice on commercial and investment arbitration, as well as international contract law. She has participated in arbitration proceedings under the rules of various institutions. In addition, she has strong experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
Before joining Audit Duprey Fekl, Yiqing worked in international law firms in Beijing, Paris, and Luxembourg, within the Corporate and International Arbitration departments. She also has experience working within an arbitral institution.
Yiqing is admitted to the Bars of Paris, New York, and China. She works fluently in Chinese, French, and English.
