Audit Duprey Fekl will host a conference on the topic “The Rise of the Sunset Clause”

In the framework of the Paris Arbitration Week 2023, Audit Duprey Fekl will host a conference on the topic “The Rise of the Sunset Clause.”

Mathias Audit, a Founding Partner at Audit Duprey Fekl, will speak at the event alongside Nicolas Angelet (Professor of Public International Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Counsel and Arbitrator), Alejandro Carballo Leyda (General Counsel and Head of the Conflict Resolution Centre at the Office of the Secretary-General of The Energy Charter Treaty) and Noah Rubins KC, Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

The panel will be moderated by Matthias Fekl, a Founding Partner at Audit Duprey Fekl, former French Minister, former French Secretary of State for Foreign Trade.

The hybrid event will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM CEST at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris and will be livestreamed via Zoom. It will be followed by a networking coffee.
