Partner Mathias Audit to speak at 3rd ICC Arbitration Dakar Arbitration and ADR Day

Partner Mathias Audit will be speaking at a panel as part of the 3rd ICC Arbitration Dakar Arbitration and ADR Day.

Mathias will speak on an interactive panel exploring the topic “The conditions for the emergence of African arbitration places”, alongside habibatou toure (Cabinet Habibatou Touré), Mafall Fall (Centre de Formation Judiciaire), and Ndeye Rokhaya THIAM (Conseil Sénégalais des Chargeurs). The discussion will be moderated by Khaled Abou El Houda (Cabinet d’Avocats Houda).

The ICC Dakar Arbitration and ADR Day seeks to promote arbitration and ADR in the region, in particular for disputes involving states and state-owned entities, and promote best practices.

The event will take place on Wednesday 11 September from 2:00pm to 3:20pm, in Dakar, and online.
