Gaspard FIÉVET
Gaspard Fiévet focuses his practice on representing and advising clients in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has experience in both commercial and investment arbitration, conducted under a variety of rules (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, UNCITRAL). Gaspard’s practice also extends to corporate matters and the structuring of investments. He has also developed specific expertise in advising clients on the geopolitical and legal risks of contemplated or prospective investments in foreign jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Gaspard acquired experience in several leading international law firms. He also interned with a US hedge fund, and the French Ministry for Armed Forces.
Gaspard speaks English and French fluently.
