Mathias Audit representing the French Arbitration Committee (CFA) as a delegate at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law

Partner Mathias Audit has joined the 48th session of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III in New York this week, as a delegate of the Comité français de l’arbitrage (CFA).

Working Group III has been entrusted with a broad mandate to develop reform solutions for Investor-State Dispute Settlement. During this session, delegates and representatives are expected to finalize deliberations on the draft statute of an advisory centre and discuss the draft statute of a standing mechanism for the resolution of international investment disputes.
