Mathias Audit, a founding partner at Audit Duprey Fekl, will speak on the “Evidence and Law Enforcement” panel, hosted by RAID Square and Sébastien MARTIN as part of Paris Arbitration Week 2025.
These two round-tables will provide an in-depth analysis of the latest trends and challenges related to crypto-assets in the context of international arbitration proceedings.
Mathias will speak alongside Niels Aujouannet-Kelner (White & Case LLP, Paris), Aija Lejniece (Blockchain Lawyers Forum), Alix Momméja (Binance) and Sophie Nappert (ArbTech).
