The Energy Charter Secretariat, together with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes are organizing a legal training on investment dispute resolution for governmental officials.
The training will guide the participants through the main stages of investment arbitration and mediation with special focus on the role of the government representatives.
