Our founding partner, Professor Mathias Audit, had the honor and privilege this year of serving as scientific supervisor of the Annual Conference of the Comité français de l’arbitrage (CFA), a leading learned society in France and internationally in the field of domestic and international arbitration.

The Conference, held on November 13 in the prestigious setting of the Aéro-Club de France, focused this year on the theme: “Convergence or Divergence? Arbitration put to the test of the European Union.”

Throughout the day, speakers – including professors, lawyers, legal counsel from the European Union, the ICSID, and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, as well as in-house counsel from major companies – engaged in discussions on the complex relationship between arbitral and European legal orders, both from a descriptive and forward-looking perspective.

Audit Duprey Fekl warmly thanks the CFA and all participants for this rich day of exchanges.
